Ongoing property care runs on four plans, most with an all-electric Emerald alternate. Architectural-landscaping projects are quoted separately.

Prefer electric? Go Emerald.
Emerald plans mirror each tier using electric tools and biodegradable materials where practical. They are an alternative to the plan they mirror, not an add-on.
- Emerald mirrors Silver
- Emerald Premium mirrors Gold
- Emerald Premium + mirrors Platinum
- Platinum+ has no Emerald alternate yet
Storm cleanup, full pressure washing, striping, and concrete work are estimated after a property review — surface work is priced by size, material, and the labor involved, and storm response by the day, not the hour. See the crew service lines →

Every service order. The same order. Every time.
- Every property is walked first
- Before any work starts, the crew walks the entire property — clearing foreign objects, pin-flagging every sprinkler head and fixture so nothing gets mowed over, and documenting any pre-existing damage so it can be brought to your attention, on the record.
- The same order, every time
- Service orders are performed in one fixed order on every visit. Crews never decide on the driveway what happens next — consistency is how quality survives a busy season.
- Nothing left behind
- No refuse or debris produced by an NWGD crew is ever left behind. Crews blow and sweep neighboring frontage too — if our work put a leaf on your neighbor’s sidewalk, we clear it.
- Our water, not yours
- Pressure washing runs off the company water tank — client water is never used. Ladders sit on foot boards so lawns and flower beds are protected, and crews wear task-appropriate protective equipment throughout.
The full order of operations
Most visits don’t include every step — but the steps yours includes always happen in this order.

- Window cleaning
- Hedge trimming
- Weed flower beds
- Weed eating
- Edging
- New plantings & fixture installs
- Mowing
