Completed Projects

Show, don’t tell. Every entry here is finished work — documented with its location, client, scope, timeline, and the challenges we had to solve to get it done. Before-and-after photography on every project; during-project video as we build the library.

The standard

What every case study discloses

A portfolio is only useful if it’s honest. Ours follows three rules: completed projects only — nothing in-progress; real photography — befores and afters from the actual job, never renderings presented as results; and full context — every project answers the same five questions:

Location
City & area of the project
Client
Who it was for (named or described)
Scope
Exactly what was done
Timeline
Start to completion
Challenges
What made it hard — and how we solved it

No case studies published yet — on purpose. Everything that appears here will meet the standard above: completed, photographed, real. Nothing gets published before it is. In the meantime, tell us about your property — we’ll walk you through exactly what comparable work involves and what it takes.
