Raymond spent several years in engineering and land surveying — with John Zimmerman Engineering, Bary & Partners, and Gorrondona & Associates — before founding and operating Elite Landscaping for five years. That background spans engineering, property preservation, landscaping, and site improvement.
Jeffrey Segura is the Senior Director of New World Global Designs (NWGD). With over 15 years of experience in construction, remodeling, and project management, he helps oversee company operations, field execution, and client satisfaction. His leadership is driven by a commitment to quality, integrity, professionalism, and delivering reliable solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Joshua brings more than ten years in lawn care and gardening and over five years managing and maintaining irrigation systems. He holds Associate of Applied Science degrees in Horticulture & Landscaping and in Small Business Management from Trinity Valley Community College, carries a Texas nursery, landscape, and agriculture license certification, and is a certified journeyman mason.
