About NWGD

About New World Global Designs

New World Global Designs is committed to promoting a healthier and cleaner nation. Through education, training, and the employing of individuals marginalized and disenfranchised by poverty, we work to reduce social, economical, and environmental deficiencies while enhancing the local economy. We take the lead in social responsibility.

Social responsibility

The work gives back.

These commitments were written into the company’s founding plan — they are why NWGD exists as a business, not a marketing addendum.

Designing a new reality for your home, your business, and our communities. We’re here to serve.

Community reinvestment
A percentage of each division’s profit goes directly into underserved and underdeveloped communities, through the Social Impact Division.
Second-chance hiring
We look first to veterans and to people marginalized by poverty — including returning citizens who deserve a genuine second chance to live productive lives. Real employment curbs recidivism and strengthens neighborhoods.
Education & training
Access to education, training, and employment opportunities for low-income communities is part of how the company operates, not an afterthought.
One block at a time
Beautify our communities and neighborhoods one block at a time — the standard behind every crew, on every property.
Raising employee quality of life
The founding plan’s first key to success is internal: steady work, training, and advancement that raise each crew member’s quality of life — not just each client’s property.
A healthier local economy
The vision is to lead among socially responsible businesses — quality services and employment opportunities that make a real contribution to the health of the local economy.
Leadership

The people accountable for the work.

Five leaders with decades of combined experience across the trades that keep a property looking, functioning, and holding its value — and the financial discipline that keeps the company behind them sound.
